Lamenting that she could find no laws or precedents to allow her to force the federal government to provide information about their targeted killing program, a federal judge ruled against The New York Times and American Civil Liberties Union.
The judge said withholding the classified documents about the drone strikes was clearly within the exemptions provided the government under the Freedom of Information Act.
