A federal judge punted on ordering the release of information on the relationship between Iran and Israel. Freedom Watch had sued under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain the information, and the judge said the federal agencies involved had not closed the door on the release but had issued a preliminary rejection that could be appealed. -db
