Hispanic non-profit clipped on pro-Obama ad

A federal judge ruled that the Hispanic Leadership Fund could not directly mention the Obama administration in its ads but could use the president’s voice. The non-profit had provided the Federal Election Commission with five ads to determine if they broke the nonpartisan barrier.  -db
