Federal appeals court grants stay on release of identities of Prop. 8 contributors

After a federal judge upheld a ruling allowing release of donors to Prop. 8 prohibiting same-sex marriage in California, the 9th Circuit  U.S. Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay pending appeal of the ruling. -db
